A policeman was terribly overweight and was getting heat from his sergeant and humorous remarks from his fellow officers and was ordered to go on a diet. The department doctor put him on a special diet. "I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for 2 weeks.
