Since the inception of Montfort Boys' Town in 1976, young men have stepped in and walked out after completing their training in different trades. These young men are now scattered all over the country, contributing their share towards the growth and development of Fiji an many different ways.   • Naren Singh runs a poultry farm and a yaqona delaer in Labasa
  • Satish Chand is share holder and also works at Industrial Engineering Services in Walu bay, Suva
  • Eliki Qalubau invests in a farming project, aided by the Ministry of Agriculture in Lomaivuna, specialising in pineapple and water melon
1979
  • Eneriko Ratubola runs his own carrier business in Namosi
1980
  • Kito Alexsio runs his own metal workshop in Vatuwaqa
  • Manueli Silasila opens up a cabinet shop in Qauia, Lami
  • Petero Isireli becomes a musician and runs a very successful music business
1981
  • Josefa Uluvuia becomes shareholder of the Nausori Sawmill and does his own logging
  • Petero Sanele farms sugarcane at Labasa
1982
  • Atunaisa Kamanalagi sets up a small carpentry shop in Gau where the Cabinet Ministers opened while having their meeting there in 1986
1983
  • Nacanieli Nacevalaia runs his own taxi business in Lami
1984
  • Manasa Radolo abnd Jone Vueti, both builders, invest their knowledge and skills, building houses on contract basis, on their respective islands, Ovalau and Koro
  • Geregorio Galunavosa opens up a furniture workshop in Napuka
1985
  • Rameshwar Prasad runs his own carrier business between Suva, Tailevu, and Naitasiri
1986
  • Gabriel Soso sets up a furniture making business in Labasa
1989
  • Sarwan Sing runs his own cabinet making business
1990
  • Kito Kositino starts his own mechanical workshop, K.K. Services, in Vatuwaqa
