Who are your greatest influences?
My greatest influences are from the Holy Bible! The Lord and the many blessings he's given me has inspired me to be a role model and example for many. I can also say that Angela Bassett is an example of my acting influence and Whitney Houston is for my singing!

Do any other members of your family have an interest in acting or singing?
Both of my brothers are aspiring entertainers! My little brother the comedian he is as well as talented rapper is seeking both an acting and rapping career! My older brother is more of the behind the seens type of guy. He wants to do production (song). Through the help of our Almighty God their dreams and aspirations will come true! I have an uncle by the name of A.D. Burrise who is currently a Jazz musician his group name is "Analysis". Pick up a copy, at the store nearest you!! My mother wants to also do some behind the scenes stuff such as wardrobe and setting my shows. ( When the Lord blesses me with my own). My dad also sings and enjoys being the family clown time-to-time.

How did you get the part of Tanya?
In 1995 my manager submitted me for the role. It started out with about 200 girls. By the callback it had dropped down to 30-40 then it dropped to 7 then 3 then 2 then the Lord blessed me with it! I had 5 auditions!

What is your favorite episode of Power Rangers you have done so far?
My favorite episode was the music video that I had the gracious opportunity of doing. A "Song Sung Yellow!"

Did you enjoy working on the movie?
I found the movie being quite enjoyable! Seeing that it was the first movie I had ever done! It was a blessing!

Do any of the other actors have any really bad habits?
Any bad habits ... none.

How long does it take you to learn the "arm swirlies" that you do before morphing?
In Shift Into Turbo- Part Two, Catherine and you managed to do it very quickly so you must have to practise a lot ;)
The arm swings actually did not take that lond to learn. Probably about five minutes! We both have a dance background so we are pretty used to it!

Since being on Power Rangers how has it affected your life?
Power Rangers has definately assisted me with growing spiritually (through the bonding of some of my fellow co-stars) as well as given me exposure and a keen understanding of the technical aspect of film!

On the set who are you are you best friends with and who is the practical joker?
Catherine is my best friend on and off set! I think we all actually have a comical side on and off set!

Do you and Johnny Bosch hang out?
Johnny is one of my good friends as well! We talk a lot about the Lord Jesus!

Why did they do more unmorphed fights and how do you like doing it?
I love fighting the choreography is so much fun! It lets the audience know that we can move!

Do you plan to do movies?
Oh, yes I plan to do movies , television, sing professionally and broadway! Only with the Lords blessings of course!

Do you do your own stunts?
I did some of my stunts in the movie!

The cast all get on well in the show, is this reflected in real life too?
We try to maintain those same values in real life! We have to try and practice what we preach or we won't be real!

What happened to David Yost in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie and what did he do in it?
David just decided to leave one day!

Where any of your scenes cut from the movie and what were they?
Yes Johnny and myself had some scenes that were cut out. We had a diving scene which also included a fight, campfire, we had this wonderful fighting scene on the boat but you know everything happens for a reason!

How do you suggest getting into acting?
I suggest gets some headshots, summit to agents believe in your God given talents and charge forward! No one can stop you but your inhibitions to not succeed!

What do you do in your freetime?
I like to read the bible, sing, dance improv., talk and hang out with my friends in social environments!

When is your birthday?
October 21, 19...

What is it like being on the set of Power Rangers?
It's comedy a lot of times on set! We like to make one another laugh! I for one like to see smiling faces!

Who are the new rangers?
New Rangers.... I don't really know all of there last names... I'm sorry! (Hehehehe- Chris)

What is it like in LA?
LA is great if your interested in the entertainment business! There is always something to do as well!

Were your auditions for Power Rangers difficult?
I auditioned the most out of anyone! The audition process started of with approx. 200 girls, then I had the first callback it dropped to 40, then callback 7, then callback 3, callback 2 than the Lord blessed me ! I had a total of 5!

What plans do you have outside of Power Rangers?
Number 5 answered this I think! My singing groups name is Dyvine! But I think we might have to change it because another group has the same name! But possibly not the same meaning, brought together by God!

What differences are there in filming the tv series and the movie?
The pay was a little different as opposed to the show! And we were seen on a bigger screen!

How tall are the rangers?
We range from 5'5"-6'0"

Which show do you prefer, Zeo or Turbo?
Definately Turbo! We got to fight outside the costume and I think the monsters are better!

What foods do you like?
Chicken, salads, pasta, soul, mexican, japanese, chinese and Italian foods!

What languages do you speak?
Basically English and Spanish un poquito!

What is it like working with a child actor like Blake Foster?
Blake's a little sweety pie it was cool working with him!

What is the funniest blooper you can remember?
Whooo... I don't know. One that was never showed though was when I first got to the show and stepped through the Vortex, we all had to step right in front the camera into the vortex. Well I did and while doing it I fell right in front nearly hit the camera!

Do you like the clothes you wear in the show?
I like the Turbo clothes the most!
